#15 The Falcon

First Appearance: Captain America #117 (September 1969)
Beard Style: Tapered Chinstrap

Sam Wilson’s Falcon is a member of the Avengers and eventual Team leader. The shield is passed on to The Falcon by Steve Rogers, and he dons the winged suit, taking on the mantle of Cap. Even though Sam has big boots to fill, he does so effortlessly and fights the good fight.

In the TV show – The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Sam Wilson adopts a cool chinstrap beard style. The winged Captain America’s aesthetic is all about being sleek, and this beard style stays in line (literally). The beard neatly encompasses the Superhero’s face, and this style is consistent in all live-action portrayals of the character.

#14 Heimdall

First Appearance: Journey into Mystery #85 (October 1962)
Beard Style: Full Scruff

Heimdal is the all-seeing, all-hearing gatekeeper of Asgard and the protector of the Bifrost. He is one of the most badass characters out there and is played by Idris Elba. Heimdall is a close aide to Thor on many missions and is one of the strongest Asgardians.

Idris Elba, who already has a very rugged look, brings his flair to this character and brings Heimdal to life better than we could have asked for. His deep voice, imposing stature, and large sword are all badass. The beard and dreadlocks we see in the third installment of the Thor franchise elevate the Gatekeeper’s badassery. 

Heimdal pulls off a full scruff that just looks plain cool. He has enough to carry a solo movie.
