Kevin Martin is an American basketball player who spent 12 seasons in the National Basketball Association with five organizations.

But in 2016, the player announced his retirement. Kevin was a member of the San Antonio Spurs during this time.

Despite providing a significant lift off the bench for the Spurs, he was unable to help them reach the playoffs.

In addition, the former shooting guard began his professional career with the Sacramento Kings. He is currently the owner of the Brisbane Bullets, an Australian basketball team.

Kevin Martin was born in Zanesville, Ohio, to Kevin Martin Sr. and Jonathon Martin, with Jonathon Martin as his younger brother.

Furthermore, his entire family grew up watching NBA games and cheering for the Cleveland Cavaliers. Martin, on the other hand, idolized Chicago Bulls’ Michael Jordan.

As a result, he began to fantasize about being a basketball player and began to train.

Similarly, he was a starter for Zanesville High School’s basketball team.

He was selected fourth for Ohio Mr. Basketball, which was subsequently awarded to St. Vincent-St. Mary High School’s LeBron James.

The former player also received a full scholarship to Western Carolina University. He quickly established himself as Western Carolina’s team leader, averaging 23.3 points per game.
