Pop star Rex Orange County, known as English singer and songwriter Alexander O’Connor, has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman on six different occasions, allegedly taking place on June 1 and 2 of the previous year.
He made an appearance at Southwark Crown Court in London on Monday, October 10, solely to confirm his identity and deny the allegations against him, as reported by Mail Plus.

O’Connor, who attended the renowned Brit School of Performing Arts, gained recognition in 2017 when he featured on an album by American rapper Tyler, the Creator. He garnered attention from the Grammy-winning artist after the release of his debut album ‘Bcos U Will Never b Free’.
The pair collaborated on ‘Flower Boy’, a Grammy-nominated album, with O’Connor co-writing and performing on the tracks ‘Boredom’ and ‘Foreward’.
Rex Orange County has since released three additional albums, with his latest, ‘Who Cares?’, coming out in March of this year, achieving top chart positions in the UK, New Zealand, the United States, and Australia.
