On Thursday, January 26, Rashid was expected to take plea for the alleged murder of two men.
Judge Kanyi Kimondo presiding over the matter postponed the plea taking by Rashid to February 9, 2023.
After he surrenders to the Garissa Township DCIO, he will be escorted to Mathare Teaching and Referral Hospital for a medical/psychiatric examination.
