Allison Rosati was born on February 12, 1963, in Dover Delaware, and grew up in Pine City, Minnesota. She is American by nationality and belongs to the mixed ethnicity of Finnish (paternal) and Italian (maternal) descent. At the age of 17, she was crowned Minnesota’s Junior Miss.
