Are Inseam and Length the Same?

Inseam is the measurement taken from the pubic bone to the ankle, while length size is from the waist to the ankle.

Is the length of pants the inseam?

Start with a pair of pants you already have that fit you well and lay them flat on the floor. Carefully measure the length from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg. THIS NUMBER IS YOUR INSEAM. Use this number to help you choose your next pair of great-fitting pants.

Does length refer to inseam?

The inseam length refers to the length of the pant leg and usually comes in lengths from 30" - 36" but of course those sizes usually don't fit shorter guys - so our pants start at 25" and go up to 29" inseams!
