Arno Lockheart Harris serves as Independent Director of the Company. He has been a member of our board of directors since May 2016. He currently serves as chairman emeritus of the Solar Energy Industry Association and as a board member of Advanced Energy Economy Institute. He founded Recurrent Energy, LLC, in 2006 and held the position of CEO until March 30, 2015, growing it into one of North America’s largest solar project developers before selling the company to Canadian Solar Inc. Prior to his work at Recurrent Energy, LLC, he was CEO of Prevalent Power, Inc. and El Solutions, Inc. (now Suntech Energy Solutions) in addition to founding RedEnvelope, WineShopper.com, and Novo Media Group. Mr. Harris holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of California, Berkeley.
