VERDICT:
Bedford County, PA (WJAC) — A jury has found Nancy Focht guilty of fatally shooting her husband in 2018.
After approximately an hour and a half of deliberations, the jury convicted the 76-year-old woman on charges of first-degree murder and tampering with physical evidence in the death of 74-year-old David Focht Sr.
She is scheduled to be sentenced on October 27th.
