If an entire folder of photos is missing — the folder is grayed out in the Folders panel and has a question mark icon ( ) — you can relink all the photos at once by right-clicking (Windows) or Control-clicking (macOS) on the folder and choosing Find Missing Folder from the context menu. See Locate missing folders.

Click Locate and navigate to the new location of that photo. Check the Find nearby missing photos checkbox to allow Lightroom to try to automatically relink other files in the same folder.

How do I reconnect my Lightroom catalog?

The other solution is to reconnect the folders in their new location to the Lightroom Catalog. To do this, right-click on the Lightroom folder with the question mark and choose “Find Missing Folder…” This will open up a window that will allow you to manually navigate to where the files are now located.
