Accidents occurred March 26:
Sydney Rossiter, BG, Victoria Bush, BG, and Hunter Arnett, BG, were stopped in traffic westbound on East
Wooster Street for a red light at Thurstin Avenue. Deja Sanford, BG, was westbound as well, failed to
stop and struck Arnett, who then struck Bush, forcing her to strike Rossiter. Sanford was cited for
assured clear distance ahead.
Keith Bumpus, BG, was southbound in the 1000 block of North Main Street, stopped in traffic, when he was
struck from behind by Daniel Heise, Perrysburg, who was cited for assured clear distance ahead.

Accident occurred March 27:
An unknown driver was westbound on Pine Valley Drive when the driver failed to maintain control and
struck a mailbox in the 1300 block. A part of the passenger side mirror was left behind.

Ankush Mittal, 37, BG, was arrested at One Courthouse Square for domestic violence and unlawful
restraint. He was taken to jail.
Warrants were issued for the arrests of Jeremy Black, 45, and Kayla Coleman, 31, both of Weston, for
theft/shoplifting at Kroger. Black was charged with unauthorized use of property and Coleman was charged
were theft when they were arrested and taken to jail.

Accident occurred March 29:
Mehren Von, BG, was westbound on East Poe Road at the red light at North Main Street, in the right turn
only lane. She pulled forward then stopped, and was struck from behind by Todd Bender, Custar, who was
driving an ODOT District 2 vehicle. Bender was cited for assured clear distance ahead.

Police responded to the 1000 block of Third Street for the report of a deceased woman.
Accidents occurred March 30:
Joseph House, Toledo, was westbound in a private drive at 301 S. Main St., waiting to turn left onto
South Main Street. Michael Gilsdorf, BG, was eastbound on Pearl Street, waiting to turn left onto South
Main. Both turned at the same time, both failed to yield the right of way and collided. Neither was
cited.
John White, Findlay, was stopped at the red light on South Main Street at Wooster Street when he was
struck from behind by Blake Hubbard, BG, who was cited for assured clear distance ahead.
Mitchell Lamour, Monroe, Michigan, was stopped at a stop sign on Manville Avenue at East Clough Street
when he was struck from behind by Robin Nigh, Weston, who was cited for assured clear distance ahead.

Criminal trespass and disorderly conduct/unable to care for self: Timothy Angell, 33
Signal lights: Ryan Kardok, 31
Speed: Tina Smith, 57; Mitchell Downs, 18; Joshua Treece, 34; Jakob Yuse, 24
Avery Turner, 24, Detroit, was arrested for lighted lights required, possession of marijuana and failure
to inform officer of a conceal-carry weapon. He was released at the scene.
Police responded to the 800 block of Savoie Avenue for a drug overdose.
Accidents occurred March 31:
Michael Otley, BG, was southbound on Ohio 25 behind Donald Zeigler, Wayne, who was driving a city
maintenance snowplow with flashing lights. Zeigler activated his right turn signal, then improperly
entered the left lane to make a wide right turn onto Sand Ridge Road. Otley continued southbound in the
right land and was struck by the plow, which was making the turn. No citations were issued.
Taylor Baumann, North Royalton, was northbound in a private drive at 1560 E. Wooster St., waiting to turn
left onto East Wooster Street. Kristina Conrad, Luckey, was eastbound on East Wooster in the left. The
driver in the curb lane stopped to allow Baumann out, but she turned left in front of Conrad. Baumann
was cited for failure to yield right of way.
Wesley Starkey, BG, was westbound on East Gypsy Lane Road and failed to maintain control and drove into
the ditch in front of 11908 E. Gypsy Lane Road. He was cited for failure to maintain control.
