Newhart is an actor and comedian who achieved fame as a stand-up performer and later starred in television sitcoms. He was born on September 5, 1929, in Oak Park, Illinois, the United States of America, and will be turning 93 years old in 2022.

Newhart's parents were Julia Pauline (1900-1994), a housewife and George David Newhart (1900-1985), a part-owner of a plumbing and heating supply company.
