PATROL and ProactiveNet Performance Management (BPPM) are now part of the TrueSight portfolio. TrueSight Operations Management delivers end-to-end performance monitoring and event management. It uses AIOps to dynamically learn behavior, correlate, analyze, and prioritize event data so IT operations teams can predict, find and fix issues faster. TrueSight Operations Management includes all the PATROL knowledge modules (KMs) you need to monitor your IT environment.

BMC will provide limited support for ProactiveNet Performance Management Suite through December 30, 2020, as well as ongoing full support for PATROL Agent.
