Calvin Harris – Family, Family Tree

Adam Richard Wiles well-known as Calvin Harris is a Scottish DJ, singer, songwriter, record producer, and remixer. in 2007, I Created Disco, his debut studio album, was released and was the pioneer to his top-10 singles The Girls and Acceptable in the 80s. Harris launched, Ready for the Weekend, his second studio album, in 2009. The album debuted at top of the list on the UK Albums Chart. Within two months of release, it further received a gold certification from the British Phonographic Industry.

Early Life

Calvin was born in Dumfries, Scotland, on 17th January 1984. He studied in Dumfries High School. Every day after school, he used to stack shelves in the supermarkets and in order to buy DJ gear, he worked in a local fish processing factory. In his teens, he was initially attracted to electronic music and at the age of 15, he was recording bedroom demos. At the age of 18, he went ahead to release two songs Da Bongos and Brighter Days by the label Prima Facie as 12-inch club singles and CD-EPs under the name of Stouffer. He didn’t stopped there he moved from Scotland to London in order to learn from local music scene.
