Previously, he served as the senior vice president, chief medical officer of Eye Care at Bausch Health Companies Inc., a publicly traded pharmaceutical company, from March 2011 to March 2020. Since 1982, Dr. Roberts has also served as a clinical professor of ophthalmology at Weill Cornell Medical College and was a practicing ophthalmologist for over 26 years. Dr. Roberts is a renowned specialist in cataract and refractive surgery. Dr. Roberts previously served as a consultant for Allergan, Inc., Johnson & Johnson, and Novartis AG.
