Cameron Johnson: Girlfriend & Salary [2023 Update]

A power forward for Phoenix Suns, Cameron Johnson sees himself on a fast track to NBA success. Following his rookie season, the Moon Township-born basketball player appeared in the 2021 NBA Finals with the Suns but lost to the Bucks.

Johnson was picked by Minnesota Timberwolves in the 2019 NBA Draft, but they immediately traded him to Phoenix Suns; they signed him on a four-year rookie contract.

After his rookie deal and an option contract (for the 2021 season) ended, he signed another one-year option with the Suns for the 2022-23 season.

His hard work & determination, along with noteworthy gameplay, has made him a valuable asset to Phoenix Suns.

Cameron Jordan Johnson, a native of Moon Township, Pennsylvania, was born on March 3, 1996. He is the second eldest of four sons to Gilbert Johnson and Amy Johnson.

His mother is Croatian-American & works as a school nurse.

Both his parents are former college basketball players, no wonder they support their kids’ interest in sports.

Cameron has an older brother named Aaron Johnson & two younger brothers: Donovan “Puff” Johnson & Braylon Johnson.

Growing up, the siblings rivaled each other to become the best in basketball, which would propel Johnson to his NBA career.

The player attended Moon Area High School before transferring to Our Lady of the Sacred Heart High School, where he graduated with a diploma.

His younger brother Donovan “Puff” Johnson, born on October 11, 2000, attended Moon Area High School for three years.

As a senior, Donovan transferred to Hillcrest Prep in Phoenix and graduated in 2020. There, he averaged 14.4 points, 8.2 rebounds, and 2.6 assists per game.

Puff Johnson currently plays college basketball at the University of North Carolina. Even if his freshman season (2020-21) didn’t go well, he finished his sophomore season with 3.1 points per game, 2 rebounds per game & 0.5 assists per game.

Donovan Johnson scored 11 points in the 2022 NCAA Division I Championship loss against Kansas Jayhawks before exiting the game due to illness.

Cameron’s youngest brother Braylon plays with the basketball varsity team at Pinnacle High School in Phoenix.
