Can I Still Get Old Windows 7 Updates?

Background. Mainstream support for Windows 7 has ended a couple of years ago, and extended support ended in January of 2020. However, Enterprise customers are still being provided with even further security updates into 2023.

Are Windows 7 old updates still available?

Any Windows 7 update currently available will be available after the EOL for Windows 7. Microsoft is still providing updates to those customers that have paid for support. While those updates won’t be published on Windows Updates the currently released updates still have to be available to those customers.

How can I update my old Windows 7?

1. Click the Start Menu.
2. In the Search Bar, search for Windows Update.
3. Select the Windows Update from the top of the search list.
4. Click on the Check for Updates button. Select any updates that are found to install.
