Can You Feel Twinge?

'Feeling' pregnant
This is normal pain and should be expected in a healthy pregnancy. You may also feel 'full' or 'heavy' around your uterus, and actually it's not uncommon to hear that in early pregnancy some women describe feeling like they were about to start their period any minute.

Where do you feel twinges?

Symptoms of your uterus stretching may include twinges, aches, or mild discomfort in your uterine or lower abdominal region. This is a normal part of pregnancy and a sign that everything is progressing normally. Watch for spotting or painful cramping.

Can you feel your ovaries twinge?

The pain can be a dull cramp or a sharp and sudden twinge. It's usually on either the left- or right-hand side of your tummy depending on which ovary is releasing the egg. It can last just a few minutes or continue for a day or 2.
