It is best to first moisturize your lips with your usual skin cream / lotion and then cover with glitter / lipstick / balm. When your lips are dry and dry, apply lip balm first to soften them. After a while, wipe and rub the lips back and forth with your index finger to remove the skin. After removing the skin, reapply the balm and your lips will be full, soft, smooth.

I just put something on my lips because I don't have lip balm and it works well.
