Since the Free To Play update, 5 Exotic non-crate items can be traded up for a Black Market item from the updated pull of drops including any Black Market released from Champion 1 up to Vindicator Series.

Five Exotic Blueprints gives One Black Market Blueprint.

Black Market Blueprints cannot be traded in the game. These Blueprints are extremely rare and valuable and provide unique designs to the player's vehicle. It is a bit of a grind to unlock them since Blueprints do need to be leveled up before they can trade.
