Can Your Water Break While Peeing?
Yeah, your water can break as you're peeing. And yeah, pregnancy is full of so much liquid. Only 15% of pregnant women experience their water breaking before going into labor, according to What to Expect, and most moms either have their water broken manually at the hospital, or it just naturally happens during labor.

How does it feel when your water breaks while peeing?

You can't actually feel when your amniotic sac breaks/tears, however. Like peeing - For some people, their water breaking feels like they're peeing due to the sensation of liquid trickling out. Pressure - Once the water breaks, some people will feel increased pressure in their pelvic area and/or perineum.

Can you confuse water breaking with peeing?

Most likely, you'll notice that your underwear is wet. A small amount of fluid probably means that the wetness is vaginal discharge or urine (no need to feel embarrassed — a little urine leakage is a normal part of pregnancy). But hold on, as there is a chance it could also be amniotic fluid.
