Carlo Ancelotti is reportedly poised to assume the role of head coach for the Brazilian national team from the summer of 2024. The highly decorated manager, who has claimed the UEFA Champions League title four times, twice with AC Milan and twice with Real Madrid, has long been linked to the Brazil national team. Despite currently being under contract with Real Madrid, the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) has reportedly been eager to secure his services.
According to reports from a Madrid-based website, a deal has been reached for Ancelotti to take the reins as Brazil’s head coach following the conclusion of his contract with Real Madrid in 2024. Should this come to fruition, Ancelotti will have the opportunity to lead prominent players such as Casemiro, Neymar, and Vinicius Jr in the next World Cup.
