Clinical Interests
All areas of general nephrology, including chronic kidney diseases, nephrolithiasis, refractory hypertension and electrolyte disorders.

Research Interests
Dr. Kimber has focused mainly on the study of microbial products of metabolism and the effect on those with CKD and has assisted in studies evaluating vitamin D. She is very interested in the effects of diet on health and disease and how it may be modified to help those living with CKD.
