You can cancel your membership at any time through your account. Benefits continue through the end of your paid billing cycle. Unused credits are good for six months after cancellation.

How do you cancel Movie Club?

While we’d love to keep you as a member, canceling is easy to do. Contact us at 1-800-Cinemark, or sign in to your Cinemark account online and visit Expand the “Manage Your Membership” section towards the bottom of the page and click “Cancel Membership” to cancel.

Is being a movie club member free?
