Clémence Poésy is an actress and a fashion model from France. She is best known for her performance as Fleur Delacour in the Harry Potter film series films, “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire,” “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1” and “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2”. She is well known for her role as Natasha Rostova in the 2007 miniseries “War and Peace.”

Her other films include “In Bruges,” “Le Grand Meaulnes,” “127 Hours,” and “Lullaby for Pi.” Over two decades, the thirty-seven-year-old actress has made an appearance in over thirty films, fourteen television series, and six theater productions. She has also made cover appearances in several magazines.

Early Life

She was born as Clémence Guichard to Étienne Guichard and Danièle Poésy on 30th October 1982 in L’Haÿ-Les-Roses. Her father was an actor/writer while her mother was a French teacher. She started her career in acting at a very young age. When she was 14 years old, she got her first movie dialogue. Her younger sister Maëlle Poésy-Guichard is also an actress.

She completed most of her schooling from La Source, an alternative school, and later attended Conservatoire National Supérieur d’Art Dramatique to study drama. She had also participated in Paris Nanterre University and even the Atelier International de Blanche Salant et Paul Weaver.
