The first criminal venture - "JimRob's Garage" will be unlocked after completing the main mission "A Piece of Action". To unlock the ability to invest in and upgrade more criminal ventures, you will need access to the Criminal Empire Table at The Church. It will be possible when you complete the main mission "Networking".
- Tier 1 - It will be automatically unlocked after completing the main mission "Networking".
- Tier 2 - To unlock this tier you have to build three criminal ventures and complete the "Drawing Heat" main mission.
- Tier 3 - To unlock this tier you have to build six criminal ventures, complete two of them, and complete the "Body of Evidence" main mission.
- Tier 4 - To unlock this tier you have to build ten criminal ventures, complete five of them, and complete the "Good Cop / Bad Cop" main mission.
- Tier 5 - To unlock this tier you have to build all criminal ventures and then complete the "Let's Build a Skyscraper" mission (Build All Criminal Ventures and Complete All Missions).
JimRob's Garage (Tier "0")
Price: $0
Run a chop shop in the back of JimRob's Garage.
Steal vehicles and bring them back to JimRob's for parts, money, revenge, or just for the hell of it.
Rewards: Cash $30,000; XP 5,000; JimRob's Crew Outfits; JimRob Statue (Collectible); JimRob's Attrazione (Vehicle); Vehicle Delivery Ability (You can use the Contacts app on your phone to request a delivery of the vehicle set as your favorite in the garage).

Pick up toxic waste trucks around the city and deliver them to Bright Future Disposal.
Rewards: Cash $30,000; XP 5,000; Bright Future Crew Outfits; Hazmat Suit, Bright Future; Toxic Waste Truck (Vehicle), Toxic Waste Barrel (Collectible).
Tasks (x 14):
1. Pick up the truck in Marina del Lago
2-5. Truck delivered (stage 1) - You must visit the places marked on the map.
6-13. Truck delivered (stage 2) - There will be additional trucks driving along the city streets that you can intercept.
