Hard to swallow
3The smooth coating on the surface of the tablet dissolves too fast and it makes it difficult for it to go down smoothly even when I down it with water. Once that melts, I'm left with a salty supplement that won't go down because it's too grainy. I have Omega 3 supplements which are the same size and they go down fine because they're soft gels.

Changed formulation
1I had previously ordered this multi-vitamin because it had just the right amount of what I was looking for. I was looking for a multi without biotin and b12, and this, according to the description and times when I purchased it previously, fit the bill. However, I got a "new" version that had biotin and B12, and as such, I could not use it.

4The scent released when opening isn't terrible, but it sometimes makes me gag. I do plan to buy again, when it goes on sale.
