Dallas has received numerous awards for his dedication and determination, including the Daily News People’s Choice Award and the Associated Press Award for Best Weather Segment. He also won the Golden Mike Award for Best Weathercast in Southern California from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Everything was fine in their lives until August 2016, when Dallas’s wife was charged with assault. She is accused of beating and attempting to strangle her 25-year-old daughter, whose identity has not been revealed, on the way home from a country club. Danielle allegedly beat her daughter after she parked on the side of the road.

This made headlines when Danielle was apprehended by Sherriff’s deputies around 4:40 a.m. on August 31, 2016. But, after paying a $30,000 bond, she was released from custody around 2:30 p.m. that same day.

Danielle has pleaded not guilty, according to the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office.
