Dead by Daylight Update 5.0.0 Resident Evil Chapter 20

Dead by Daylight is all set to receive a new update today, which will be adding the Resident Evil Chapter in the game. In the past few weeks, Behavior Interactive has been releasing a number of updates for the game, adding new survivors, killers, and much more.

The Resident Evil Chapter in Dead by Daylight will be adding two new Survivors, characters which will immediately make Resident Evil fans feel at home. Leon Kennedy and Jill Valentine are the two new characters joining the game on the Survivor Side.

There is a new Killer as well, the dreaded Nemesis. The Nemesis is one of the most exciting characters players will find in Dead by Daylight, as it has some unique abilities. With its tentacles, it can attack players and infect them with T-virus. Players will start coughing, and that will help the Killer in locating them.

Dead by Daylight Update 5.0.0 Resident Evil Chapter 20 – Patch Notes (Today, June 15)

The update is all set to go live pretty soon, and fans are eagerly waiting for the patch notes. Behavior Interactive has released the patch notes of the update, and you can find them below.

  • Added a new map – Raccoon Police Department
  • Improved Tutorials:
  • New flow to make it easier to get into the Tutorial for new players
  • New rewards for completing the Tutorial
  • Tutorials now include single-player Tutorial Bot Matches to help teach the basics before venturing online!
  • New players to the game will see more descriptive tooltips in the lobby and match results screens. Veteran players will continue to see the simplified tooltips. This setting can be toggled on/off in the Settings menu General tab.
  • Settings Menu Update – Settings are now grouped in separate category tabs to make them easier to find.
  • Some Legendary Outfits now display customized portraits in the HUD and names in the Lobby.
