Destiny 2 Servers Go Under Maintenance for Deployment of Patch 7.2.0.6, Notes and More

Today, Bungie is releasing Destiny 2’s Update 7.2.0.6, which means scheduled maintenance and downtime for the game. While the specifics of the update are not yet known, the team has provided a timeline for when players can expect the game to be offline.

The maintenance started at 6:00 AM PDT (-7 UTC), with sign-on and game integration features going offline across various platforms. Players cannot access the game from 7:15 AM to 10:00 AM PDT. The maintenance is expected to wrap up by 11:00 a.m. PDT.

Spire of Savathûn 

• Removed the mention to matchmaking in the Legend difficulty option.

EXOTIC MISSION ROTATOR

Seraph Shield 

• Fixed an issue where players going through the teleporter early were not receiving rewards at activity completion.

RAIDS AND DUNGEONS

Crota’s End

• Players who completed the Crota’s End Challenge mode during the first 48 hours have been granted the A Broken Throne emblem.
  • Acquiring the emblem will complete the All For One and the Superior Swordplay Triumphs.
