Did Target Change Its Logo

As the world grew increasingly digital, and brand marks grew more simplistic, the Target Corporation changed its logo again. In 2014, the wordmark for Target shifted underneath the bullseye symbol, becoming a lot smaller. The black font switched to red for a more consistent image.

Why did target change their sign to white?

To begin with, the type grew more transparent and the elements of the Target logo were separated from each other (it was easier to make out the company name when it was placed over the white background). Also, three rings disappeared making the design simpler.

What is the logo for target?

Three circles of two reds and a white formed the simplified but famous emblem of Target Corporation. The logo design is a clear resemblance to the target game, and it’s officially registered as bull’s eye. Beneath this colored Target logo is the company’s name in lowercase letters.
