It is unknown how much time passed between the Battle of Typhon and the final battle at Gridiron but it's understood that the war ended in the IMC's defeat and the Militia's victory, though both factions would seemingly disappear afterwards and leave the war-ravaged Frontier to govern itself.

Ultimately, this attempt was narrowly stopped by Pilot Jack Cooper, and the weapon was instead used to destroy Typhon itself. During the battle, the IMC was able to recover the wreckage of two destroyed Vanguard-class Titans, tasking Vinson Dynamics with reverse-engineering the Militia technology.

These series of conflicts ended about fifteen years before the start of the Frontier War and most likely resulted in an IMC victory due to its continued control over the Frontier.
