Did You or Do You?

When you say that you did something, you're talking about something that happened in the past. Do is the present tense form of the verb to do. It's used to talk about present tense situations. Did you want to schedule a meeting?

Did you mean or do you?

"Do you mean" is correct. But if you waited five minutes you could then say "did you mean...?," referring back to your previous conversation.

Did you have and do you have?

Did you have is the interrogatory form of you had. It is correct. Do you have would suggest that you currently have a prior marriage.
