Do Deer Like Corn Cobs?

A big mature deer does not like to sit in the open and feed on shelled corn for 15 mins in daylight ( they wait till dark) but with the cob corn. The big deer will come in and grab a cob of corn and walk 100yds back into woods in a little more cover and eat it.

dry cob works pretty well. It's a mix of rolled corn, oats & barley I think. About 12 or 15 bucks for 50 pounds from your local feed store. They like all breed too but I think the cob holds up better in the rain.
