Do I have to fill out customs form?
When importing into the U.S., the sender needs to complete Customs and Border Protection Form 7501 unless told otherwise by their carrier. You do not need to complete this form when sending packages out of the U.S., however. The USPS no longer accepts handwritten customs declaration forms like in the past.
