According to “Matt's Inside Line” at TVLine, there are no plans just yet that Lucy and Tim will get together on The Rookie Season 4. Creator and showrunner Alexi Hawley says he hasn't “given a ton of thought to that yet.” This doesn't mean it will definitely not happen. It's just not something on the cards right away.
