Is it possible to fart during labor?

Gas. It's a normal bodily function, and while in labor, your stress, hormones and contractions irritate your bowels and make you gassy. Most likely, you'll find us acting like it never happened. Leaking fluid.

Do you pee or poop while giving birth?

Poop happens while pushing the baby out too and there's nothing you can do about it. Poop just happens. If you're at the hospital, in labor and feel a need to poop that you haven't felt previously—tell your nurse.
