Athanasia, or "Athy", is Claude's one and only daughter that he has come to love as time passed and the two of them bonded. In the original timeline, "The Lovely Princess", they met when Athanasia was only 9 years old, and Claude has already forgotten all about Diana at that time, thus being cold to her.

Who does Athanasia get with?

In the novel canonically, FL (which is Athanasia or aka Athy) and Lucas do end up together. Their relationship builds up with a some fluffy scenes, some of which are only interpreted in the novel. They have at least two children I believe, one being a black-haired daughter with blue-jeweled eyes named Atheia.
