Does French Laundry Do Wine Pairings?

It's 9 courses, not including the opening "appetizers", aka Amuse Bouche. Wines by the glass are around $35 for whites and $45 for reds (more or less) and there is no set "wine pairing" option. Bottles are hundreds of dollars, perhaps best for when someone else is paying, and corkage fee $150 per bottle.

After nearly two decades of serving only wine and beer, the Laundry got its liquor license back in September (as did Ad Hoc), and while there's no cocktail program, the kind of stuff they carry doesn't really require outside ingredients.

Is The French Laundry worth the money?

If you have an appreciation for tasting menus and impeccable service, then yes…the French Laundry is worth it. We had done a handful of tasting menu experiences ahead of this one, and I can say with confidence that The French Laundry was the best overall food/service experience I've had at a restaurant.
