Does Parade Underwear Run Small?

I've found it to be very comfortable through the day — the less I have to think about my underwear while wearing it, the better! While the nylon is stretchy and may loosen up over time, in my experience with wearing them, all of Parade's underwear styles run true to size and don't shrink in the dryer.

Does parade run large?

Should you size up in underwear?

If you're between sizes in underwear, go for a size up. You've heard it before, but change your underwear (at least) once a day to prevent bacteria accumulation. When working out, try to wear moisture-wicking underwear with a little stretch to it, which may help prevent bacteria buildup and chafing.
