Can I use Clipper card in San Francisco?
San Francisco Bay Ferry customers can now use Clipper Cards on all SFBF routes (with the exception of our special AT&T Park service). Clipper is the all-in-one transit card accepted on participating ferry, bus, and train systems throughout the Bay Area.

How do I use my plastic Clipper card? To use your plastic card, locate the Clipper reader and tag it by holding it flat against the Clipper logo. The Clipper reader will be inside the door of a bus or streetcar; at the Muni or BART fare gates; on the Caltrain, SMART or VTA platform; or at the ferry terminal.
