Does the Nitty Gritty Comb Work?

The Nitty Gritty worked really well, and ran through the hair easily and picked up some of the smaller lice and eggs with a first pass. My one gripe is the colour of the comb. When I had the plastic set, the combs were in yellow and lilac colour, which really helped to see the eggs and lice easily.

Does Nitty Gritty Comb work on dry hair?

Combing dry hair is ineffective as lice are able to move freely in dry hair. Apply Nitty Gritty Head Lice Solution to dry tangle free hair, or any hair conditioner to wet hair and comb through from roots to ends. Part the hair into about 4 to 6 sections, depending on hair thickness and length.

How often use nitty gritty comb?

Comb through each section with the Nitty Gritty comb, clearing each section of lice and eggs before you move onto the next. After every two or three combings, clear the comb of any lice or eggs (see tips below).
