Concurrently, she expanded her skills as a part-time Event Assistant at the Mercedes-Benz World Conferences, focusing on problem-solving, food safety, and food quality from March 2014 to May 2016.

Subsequently, during her time at Birmingham University, Raimondi took on the role of a part-time Hostess at Amadeus. Later, she embarked on her entrepreneurial journey, establishing her own cooking business named Rai Rai’s Cookhouse.

As a freelancer, she crafted meal prep for various athletes, catered for diverse events, and engaged in other culinary endeavors. She operated her cooking business until December 2021, but she continues to share different recipes on its Instagram page.
