American Professional Wrestler Dominik Mysterio is currently signed to WWE. He is signed under the Smackdown brand post-2020 WWE Draft.
The teen wrestler was born as Dominik Gutiérrez on 5 April 1997 in San Diego, California. Talking about his family, he is the son of legendary WWE figure, Oscar Gutierrez known by his ring name Rey Mysterio and Angie. Apart from him, he has a younger sister, Aaliyah.
His father is 45 years of age, born on 11 December 1974 in Chula Vista, California. Rey started his early career in professional wrestling at age 14 from 1989 until 1992. He then took part in Extreme Championship Wrestling for a year between 1995 and 1996. His association with WWE is for almost 18 years after agreeing to be part of the wrestling fraternity since June 2002. Four years before, he and Angie went to walk the wedding aisle in 1996.

The little Mysterio Jr. got the fortune to be a prominent part of the 2020 draft and be with the Smackdown brand in October. In the first quarter of the year, he helped his dad to fight against Seth Rollins including Murphy and Austin Theory in May 2020. During the match, Rey suffered a severe eye injury since the eyeball came out from its socket. Some months later, he challenged Seth on 3 August 2020 in Summerslam which embarked his in-ring debut in a street-fight, but he lost.
As if for now, his sister has been showing her interest and feelings for Murphy who is now the former disciple of Seth. He came back to the WWE almost nine-year later to assist his father on 19 March 2019 during an episode of Smackdown Live. At that time, Rey announced a Wrestlemania 35 match against Samoa Joe. Some other interesting storyline of the year was him getting interfering in his father’s match with Brock Lesnar during Survivor Series.
Some of his previous WWE appearances were on 12 March 2010, in one of SmackDown’s episodes. It was a long-time feud between Rey and CM Punk. Five years before he made his WWE appearance at age 8 in 2005 when his father had an ongoing feud with Eddie Guerrero. Dominik’s net worth is not known properly, but his dad has accumulated a staggering $8.5 million from professional wrestling.
