Elizaveta Apushkina is popularly recognized as the wife of the late wrestler Maxim Dadashev. He is a professional Russian boxer who was a silver medalist at the 2008 World Junior Championships with 57 kilograms in Guadalajara, Mexico. Unfortunately, Maxim tragically lost his life sustaining head injuries in a brutal loss to Subriel Matias on July 23, 2019.
According to reports from the Daily Mail , on August 2, 2019, she is threatening to sue the referee and the State Athletic Commission after her husband was killed in a fight in Maryland. She will file a lawsuit against the negligence of not stopping the fight after receiving blows that cost her her life. She met her boyfriend-turned-husband through a mutual friend and started dating. After a few years, they exchanged vows in July 2015 in a closed-door ceremony. Their wedding attended by some friends, relatives and relatives. However, the boxer tragically left at the age of 28 after a few days of his fight with Subriel Matías.

Additionally, it was announced that promoter Bob Arum would pay for the funeral expenses, and the GoFundMe page was created to raise money for Dadashev’s wife and son. The funeral ceremony took place in Petergof on August 4.
