Facebook Messenger App Icon message indicator wont go away.
The message icon still shows a "1" like I have an unread message. I have done the "mark all read" on my laptop windows facebook messenger several times, logged in and out and no change.
I have uninstalled the app on android 5.1.1 on my new Note 5, cleared the cache and nothing works.
I've logged in and out, did a force stop, used the Force, rebooted and still no change.
I've searched here and the net and not found a trick that will work. It's driving me crazy....er.
The icon will also not change to 2, 3 or any other number. I've reported it to facebook but they usually never reply.
