• Turn off the waste disposal power on the electrical panel by turning off the circuit breaker that controls the circuit.
• Take the L-wrench that came with the recycling unit and insert it into the flywheel pivot hole on the bottom of the unit.
• After insertion, turn the key clockwise to loosen the jammed wheel or flywheel.

• Turn off garbage collection. Make sure the garbage disposal is disconnected at both outlets and unplug the power cord from the outlet below.
• Unlock the garbage truck. Using the scrap wrench, insert the plate into the center hole on the bottom of the unit.
