Edoras would have somewhere between 5,000-10,000 inhabitants.
How big is Rohan's army?
Army of Rohan. 12,000-13,000. This was the easiest because UT states plainly that the full muster of Rohan was 100 eoreds each not less than 120 riders.
Is the Edoras set still there?
None of the Edoras set remains (though every once in a while you'll find a nail or bit of wood that was left behind by accident), but it's not difficult to imagine Rohan flags blowing outside the Golden Hall of Meduseld.
