How can I add Arabic keyboard in Windows 7?

This tutorial works with window 7.

1. From the Start menu choose control panel.
2. From the Control Panel Choose change keyboard or other input methods.
3. From the Region and Language menu – Keyboard and languages tab – choose Change keyboards.
4. From the Text Services and Input Languages – General Tab – Press Add.
