I suggest you to sign out from the current account, restart the computer and log in with Microsoft Account and please follow the below steps.

1. Press Windows + I keys to open settings menu.
2. Click on Accounts.
3. Click on Sign in options.
4. Click on Add under PIN.
5. Follow the onscreen instructions to create Pin.
