How Do I Create a Task in Bitbucket

To create a task, select Create task within a comment and enter the task info. You can also highlight the relevant text to fill-in the info before you select Create task. Once you create tasks, you no longer have to search through all of the comments on a pull request to find follow-up items.

How do I add a pull request in bitbucket?

  1. Navigate to Admin > Listeners > Create Listener.
  2. Select Add Tasks to New Pull Requests.
  3. Add a Note to describe the listener.
  4. Select what Projects/Repositories you want the tasks to apply to.

How do I write a pull request comment?

Under your repository name, click Pull requests. In the list of pull requests, click the pull request where you’d like to leave line comments. On the pull request, click Files changed. Hover over the line of code where you’d like to add a comment, and click the blue comment icon.
